My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room we got for the night was small yet very clean, but we had to look for another place for the following night. The room itself was cozy, modern, and had the basics covered, although we were unexpectedly asked to pay extra for a triple room upon arrival. The location close to the Christmas markets and the train station was definitely a plus, but some aspects, like the dining experience and the service, left room for improvement.

The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, but impeccably clean and had a nice modern feel to it. Although we had to find alternative accommodation for the next night, our initial room was comfortable and had all the basics we needed.

The service was a bit lukewarm, not particularly friendly or welcoming. It felt like the staff was just going through the motions, not particularly attentive or warm.

The hotel's location right across the road from the train station was very convenient for our plans. Being close to the station and the Christmas markets was a big plus for us during our stay.
